Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Raise the request within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Return shipping is arranged and paid by us.

How to Request

Open your order's tracking page and request a return or an exchange. Describe the issue and attach photos where asked. We review every request and confirm the next steps with you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order from its tracking page within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been handed to a courier. After that, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety or customisation reasons. Where this applies it is clearly mentioned on the product page.
