Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. We ship across India.

Delivery estimates may vary based on your location, courier network, weather and public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹150 is applied to every order and shown in your order summary before payment. Shipping is free on orders above ₹250.

Payment Options

Cash on Delivery is available. You pay the full amount to the courier when your order arrives. A Cash on Delivery handling fee of ₹75 applies.

Order Tracking

Every order has its own tracking page with its current status. Once dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear there, and we share updates on WhatsApp. You can also view every order in your order history.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may attract re-shipping charges.
