Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. The minimum order value is ₹99.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in INR. We are not responsible for additional charges levied by your bank or card issuer.

Cash on Delivery is available. You pay the full amount to the courier when your order arrives. A Cash on Delivery handling fee of ₹75 applies.

Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. We ship across India.

A flat shipping charge of ₹150 is applied to every order and shown in your order summary before payment. Shipping is free on orders above ₹250.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Raise the request within 7 days of delivery.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.

You can cancel an order from its tracking page within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been handed to a courier. After that, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Product Information

We make every effort to describe products and display colours accurately. Slight variation between product photographs and the delivered item can occur because of lighting and screen calibration.

Intellectual Property

All content on this store, including images, product descriptions and the desigabru name, belongs to desigabru and may not be reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, desigabru is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
